Firstly I want to thank everyone for supporting me all these years here on Deviant Art. It was my first platform, and it's where I grew up, and I think it's only fair that I leave one last message on a decision that was never really conscious - it kind of just happened. DeviantArt, as we know, doesn't allow for the deviancy that we all know I love to draw. I got tired of having to figure out what was safe to post and what wasn't, and then eventually I realized one platform simply had more content than another. So eventually I just forgot about DeviantArt because lets face it - it's not the place for my special blend of illustrations. 

So that's it, I'm still very active. I've been very active. Just... not here.

Hello everyone! Sponson here to announce that my Patreon Page is up! I understand that as my work grew and evolved, it largely became unsuitable for deviantArt. I do a lot of my posting over at my tumblr now, if you haven't known. I'll post what I can, of course, because you guys were the first and you're all awesome! 

So my patreon is mainly a tip jar at the moment, with a simple goal. Pledging at least three bucks gives you access to my process work, which pretty much includes sneak peeks into everything I’m working on as well as unfinished sketches and such.

Hey folks! Let’s talk commissions. Please read everything here because my inbox tends to explode when I start up commissions, and things get lost very easy.

Pricing

Full Color Commission - $70: One character, loose background; example 1, example 2
Black and White Commission - $45: monochromatic/accents, one character, no/loose background; example

Anything else that differs from the standard we'll have to discuss. If I say no to a particular request please understand that it's nothing personal. I am not accepting comic commissions at the moment.

Practice and Product

I will provide one finished sketch for approval before continuing to the inking/coloring/finishing phase. I will respect reasonable changes and accommodations at the sketching phase - after which I will do what I do best and make art. I'll provide the original image size (hi-def) jpeg along with a reduced-for-web jpeg.
I'm not sure if you're aware of the way PayPal handles itself - but there are a lot of stories of artists getting shut out of their service because of the way money was transferred between client and artist. I'm making it a hard rule now to send officially documented invoices through PayPal so that it is clear the money was transferred correctly. An invoice will be sent from pwcsponson@gmail.com for the work requested. I will not start work until I receive confirmation of payment.

Now if you’re interested in getting a commission from me, please send me an e-mail at pwcsponson@gmail.com with the subject line being what you’re paying for (”Subject: Full Color Commission” for example). Then, include a paragraph or two with descriptions of what you want. Things like physical description, personality, attitude, pose, props, locale... etc. are recommended. Image references are a plus.
